Our company

B2B Consultancy Services (B2B) is a rapidly growing company that specialise in offering modern lead generation services. We have over 60 clients in the UK and USA and are looking to expand our team of Business Development Directors. This is a unique opportunity for highly motivated sales focussed individuals to work with a young ambitious company with a hot product.

The role

The Business Development Director is responsible for converting the flow of inbound leads into new clients. This is a commission only sales role covering the West Coast. We will generate leads for you, no cold calling is required and the role can be performed from home on a full-time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Following up with each lead
  • Understanding the business requirement of each prospective client
  • Giving superb remote presentations using the phone and screen sharing technology. Clients could be anywhere in the world
  • Demonstrating the return on investment of our service to each client
  • Qualifying clients to gauge their level of interest and ability to buy
  • Managing the sales cycle to bring each deal to closure
  • Taking responsibility for a large pipeline of opportunities and contacts, ensuring regular deal flow and an accurate forecast is maintained
  • Meeting or exceeding targets


The successful candidate

To succeed in your application for this vacancy, we require evidence of the following skills, aptitude and experience:

  • A proven background in B2B sales or business development
  • Articulate and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed and meet targets
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The desire to be involved with a young growing company


Remuneration

Commission will be paid on closed paid deals in line with an excellent commission plan.
